On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Ken C. Hewitt was reappointed as part-time member of the Ontario Land Tribunal for a fixed term of one year, effective December 8, 2025, by Order in Council O.C. 1444/2025;

And whereas Ken C. Hewitt tendered his resignation effective May 16, 2026;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021, Order in Council O.C. 1444/2025 be revoked effective May 16, 2026.
