On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Steven Dixon was reappointed as full-time member of the Ontario Land Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective October 20, 2024, by Order in Council 731/2024;

And whereas Steven Dixon tendered his resignation effective May 30, 2026;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021, Order in Council O.C. 731/2024 be revoked effective May 30, 2026.
