On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Robert De Toni was appointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective June 1, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 724/2023;

And whereas Robert De Toni tendered his resignation effective June 8, 2023;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999, Order in Council O.C. 724/2023 be revoked effective June 8, 2023.
