On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997, Patrick MacLean of Kingston be reappointed as part-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending November 19, 2027.

Further, whereas Patrick MacLean was appointed as full-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective November 20, 2025 by Order in Council O.C. 1440/2025;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1440/2025 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
