On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 13 (1) of the Fair Access to Regulated Professions and Compulsory Trades Act, 2006,

be reappointed as part-time Fairness Commissioner for a fixed term of three years, effective the later of August 10, 2024 and the date this Order in Council is made.
