On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Shaun Harrington was appointed as part-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective April 14, 2022, by Order in Council O.C. 957/2022;

And whereas Shaun Harrington tendered his resignation effective June 24, 2023;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997, Order in Council O.C. 957/2022 be revoked effective June 24, 2023.
