On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Jane Anweiler of London, reappointed by O.C. 1149/2024 as a part-time Lawyer member of the Consent and Capacity Board, has resigned from her appointment effective June 30, 2026;

Now therefore, pursuant to the Health Care Consent Act, 1996, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1149/2024 be revoked.
