On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, Carol Anne McDermott of Windsor be reappointed a part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a period effective the date of this Order in Council and ending June 26, 2022.

Further, whereas Carol Anne McDermott was reappointed a full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a term of five years, effective June 27, 2017, by Order in Council O.C. 939/2017;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006, Order in Council O.C. 939/2017 be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
