On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Courtney Grzybowski of Oakville, appointed by O.C. 873/2026 as a part-time lawyer member of the Consent and Capacity Board, has resigned;

Now therefore, pursuant to the Health Care Consent Act, 1996, Order in Council numbered O.C. 873/2026 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
