On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Guy William Savoie of Toronto be appointed a part-time member and Vice Chair of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a term effective the date of this Order in Council and ending April 11, 2019.
