On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas, by Order in Council numbered 355/2023, effective March 23, 2023, Shannon Fuller of Whitby was appointed as a non-voting Ministry of Colleges and Universities representative of the board of directors of the Higher Education Quality Council of Ontario;

Now therefore, pursuant to subsections 2(3) and 2(5) of the Higher Education Quality Council of Ontario Act, 2005, Order in Council 355/2023 is revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
