On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Heather Broadhead of London, reappointed by O.C. 1566/2023 as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Homeopaths of Ontario, has resigned;

Now therefore, pursuant to clause 5(1)(b) of the Homeopathy Act, 2007, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1566/2023 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
