On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Order in Council numbered O.C. 1460/2022 dated November 18, 2022 reappointed Louis Roussin of Kenora as a part-time member of the Board of Management for the District of Kenora under the Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021 (Act), and Ontario Regulation 246/22 (Regulation), therefore, pursuant to section 128 of the Act, and section 337 and Schedule 1 of the Regulation the reappointment be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
