On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Crawford Malcolm MacIntyre of Perth, reappointed by O.C. 264/2024 dated February 15, 2024 as a part-time Lawyer member of the Ontario Review Board, has resigned from his appointment effective December 31, 2025;

Now therefore, pursuant to subsection 672.38(1) of the Criminal Code, Order in Council numbered O.C. 264/2024 be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
