On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to paragraph 6 (1) (3) of the Northern Ontario School of Medicine University Act, 2021,

Peter Thai of Greater Sudbury

be appointed as a member of the board of governors of the Northern Ontario School of Medicine University, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not extending beyond July 29, 2027, effective the later of July 30, 2024 and the date this Order in Council is made.
