On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 174 (1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997, Order in Council O.C. 128/2026 dated January 30, 2026, reappointing Ramon Andal of Mississauga as part-time vice-chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
