On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Rhea Hoare of Toronto, reappointed by O.C. 1244/2021 as part-time vice-chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal has resigned from her appointment effective June 20, 2026;

Now therefore, pursuant to subsection 174 (1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1244/2021 be revoked.
