On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Simon Foster was appointed as a member of the Province of Ontario Council for the Arts for a fixed term of 3 years, effective March 31, 2023, by Order in Council numbered O.C. 399/2023;

Therefore, pursuant to section 3 of the Arts Council Act,

Simon Foster of Toronto

be designated as chair of the Province of Ontario Council for the Arts to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding March 30, 2026, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
