On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 8(1) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997, as amended,

John McBeth of Bradford

be reappointed as Deputy Fire Marshal of Ontario, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not to exceed three years, effective from the later of July 27, 2026 and the date this Order in Council is made.
