On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Julia Bailey was reappointed as part-time member of the Board of Legal Aid Ontario for a fixed term of three years, effective April 29, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 405/2023;

And whereas Julia Bailey tendered her resignation effective June 6, 2024;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 21(2) of the Legal Aid Services Act, 2020, Order in Council O.C. 405/2023 be revoked effective June 6, 2024.
