On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 4(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended,

Dr. Laura R. Piccinin, a legally qualified medical practitioner,

be appointed as Regional Coroner for that part of the North Region of Ontario comprised of the following geographical areas prescribed under the Territorial Division Act, 2002: Nipissing, Parry Sound, Algoma, Manitoulin, Sudbury, Timiskaming, Cochrane and Muskoka, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council effective from the later of July 31, 2026 and the date this Order in Council is made.
