On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to Order in Council numbered O.C. 1078/2022, dated July 21, 2022, Tim Beckett was reappointed as the Deputy Fire Marshal of Ontario;

Now therefore pursuant to section 8(1) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997 O.C. 1078/2022 is hereby revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
