On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 86.1(5.2) of the Courts of Justice Act, Associate Judge Jay Zappa Josefo be reappointed as associate judge of the Superior Court of Justice for a fixed term of one year, effective August 29, 2026.
