On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 42(6) of the Courts of Justice Act, the Honourable Justice Marlyse Dumel, a provincial judge, be appointed the regional senior judge of the Ontario Court of Justice for the East Region for a fixed term of three years, effective September 25, 2026.
