On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 16(1) of the Education Quality and Accountability Office Act, 1996,

Dan Koenig of Pickering

be reappointed as the chief executive officer of the Education Quality and Accountability Office to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two (2) years, effective the later of September 1, 2025 and the date this Order in Council is made.
