On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(2) of the Ontario Educational Communications Authority Act, as amended,

be reappointed as a member, and re-designated as Chair, of the Ontario Educational Communications Authority to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term not exceeding one year, effective the later of August 29, 2025 and the date this Order in Council is made.
