On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the individuals named in Column 1 of the table in Appendix A have achieved the rank in Column 2 in the Hamilton Police Service;

Therefore, pursuant to s. 101.1 of the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019 and s. 5.1 of O. Reg. 399/23, the individuals named in Column 1 of the table in Appendix A be issued a Commission under the Great Seal, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
