On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

By Order in Council O.C. 1826/2021, Patricia Croft, of the City of Toronto, was re-appointed as a member and re-designated as vice-chair of the Ontario Public Service Pension Board. Ms. Croft resigned effective June 30, 2023.

Therefore, pursuant to subsections 29(3) and 29(7) of the Public Service Pension Plan, set out in Schedule 1, as amended, under the Public Service Pension Act, 1989, Order in Council O.C. 1826/2021 is revoked effective June 30, 2023.
