On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 4.1 (2) and 4.1 (5) of the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998,

Geoff Owen, of Toronto

be reappointed as a part-time member of the board of directors of the Ontario Energy Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the later of September 2, 2023 or the date this Order in Council is made.
