On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Mary Anne McKellar of Oakville was reappointed as full-time vice-chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board by Order in Council O.C. 86/2017.  Ms. McKellar is retiring effective September 2, 2019.

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 110(2) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, Order in Council O.C. 86/2017 is revoked effective September 2, 2019.
