On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Eliza Lowes was appointed as full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective January 16, 2025, by Order in Council O.C. 18/2025;

And whereas Eliza Lowes tendered her resignation effective August 30, 2025;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, Order in Council O.C. 18/2025 be revoked effective August 30, 2025.
