Writs be issued for a by-election to be held in the Electoral District of Bay of Quinte rendered necessary because of the resignation of Todd Smith, member for the said electoral district,

  1. the day for the close of nominations and the grant of a poll where required shall be Thursday, September 5, 2024;
  2. the day for the taking of a poll shall be Thursday, September 19, 2024.

This order is made under section 9.1 of the Election Act.
