On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas, by Order in Council numbered O.C. 562/2017, dated the 8th day of March, 2017, David J. Stewart was reappointed as a member and redesignated as Chair of the Algonquin Forestry Authority;

And whereas, David J. Stewart has resigned;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 3(2) of the Algonquin Forestry Authority Act, Order in Council 562/2017 is revoked, effective August 17, 2018.
