On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, Vinuri Sivalingam of Toronto be appointed as full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, whereas Vinuri Sivalingam was appointed as part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective August 10, 2023 by Order in Council O.C. 1113/2023;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1113/2023 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
