Order in Council 1115/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Sara Mintz of Toronto be appointed as full-time member and associate chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
