On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 3 of Ontario Regulation 651/21 made under the Endangered Species Act, 2007, the Order in Council 1272/2023 dated August 31, 2023, appointing and designating Ian Barrett of Vineland as a member and Chair of the Species at Risk Conservation Trust is hereby revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
