On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 27 of the Police Services Act, as amended, Dianne R. Denault of Cochrane be further reappointed as a member of the Town of Cochrane Police Services Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not to exceed three years effective from the later of August 17, 2020, or the date this Order in Council is made.
