On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Bill Kukulewich was reappointed as part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term effective February 15, 2024 and ending September 6, 2025, by Order in Council 253/2024;

And whereas Bill Kukulewich tendered his resignation effective July 11, 2024;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, Order in Council 253/2024 be revoked effective July 11, 2024.
