On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Peter-Paul Du Vernet was appointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective October 26, 2023, by Order in Council 1540/2023;

And whereas Peter-Paul Du Vernet tendered his resignation effective May 1, 2024;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999, Order in Council 1540/2023 be revoked effective May 1, 2024.
