On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Jennifer Mendelsohn was appointed as full-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of 2 years, effective October 5, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 1450/2023;

And whereas Jennifer Mendelsohn tendered her resignation effective June 14, 2024;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999, Order in Council O.C. 1450/2023 be revoked effective June 14, 2024.
