On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Christos Perivolaris was appointed as full-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective August 31, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 1267/2023;

And whereas Christos Perivolaris tendered his resignation effective June 18, 2024;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999, Order in Council O.C. 1267/2023 be revoked effective June 18, 2024.
