On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Hande Bilhan was appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective May 30, 2024, by Order in Council O.C. 654/2024;

And whereas Hande Bilhan tendered her resignation effective March 12, 2025;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Order in Council O.C. 654/2024 be revoked effective March 12, 2025.
