On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act, Gulzar Ladhani of Oakville be appointed as full-time member of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, whereas Gulzar Ladhani was reappointed as part-time member of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term of three years, effective June 22, 2025, by Order in Council O.C. 511/2025;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 511/2025 be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
