On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Shelley Ann McGill of Waterloo, who was reappointed by O.C. 360/2025 as a member of the board of directors of the Higher Education Quality Council of Ontario, has resigned her position effective August 15, 2025; 

Now therefore, pursuant to subsection 2 (3) of the Higher Education Quality Council of Ontario Act, 2005, Order in Council 360/2025 be revoked effective August 15, 2025.
