On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Yacout El-Sayed was appointed as full-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective March 23, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 338/2023;

And whereas Yacout El-Sayed tendered his resignation effective November 25, 2023;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999, Order in Council O.C. 338/2023 be revoked effective November 25, 2023.
