On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 5(1) of the Executive Council Act, Order in Council OC-1087/2022, dated August 3, 2022, as amended by Order in Council OC-763/2024, dated June 06, 2024 is further amended by deleting the following:
