On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 333(2) and 151(2) of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017 and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Caroline Fletcher-Dagenais of Rockland be reappointed as part-time member and associate chair of the Child and Family Services Review Board and the Custody Review Board for a fixed term of three years, effective December 12, 2026.
