On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to Ontario Regulation 304/04, made under the Development Corporations Act, the appointment as a member of the Board of Directors of the Walkerton Clean Water Centre of Kari- Anne Cornwall by Order-in-Council 400/2021 is hereby revoked, effective from the date this Order in Council is made, as Ms. Cornwall resigned as a Director of the Walkerton Clean Water Centre effective as of February 9, 2022.
