On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 9(1) and 9(3) of the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation Act, 2017,

Kam Va Philip Leong of Oakville

be reappointed as a part-time member of the board of directors of the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation (“Corporation”), to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, and redesignated as part-time Vice-Chair of the board of directors of the Corporation, effective August 27, 2023, for a period not exceeding three years.
