On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Will McNair was appointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of two years, effective March 19, 2026 by Order in Council O.C. 379/2026;

And whereas Will McNair tendered his resignation effective July 8, 2026;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Order in Council O.C. 379/2026 be revoked effective July 8, 2026.
